共青团作为党的助手和后备军,始终重视并自觉推动青年意识形态工作。然而,随着网络技术的不断发展,以信息海量化、传播交互化为特征的虚拟网络给共青团意识形态工作带来了新挑战。对此,可以通过提升话语能力与丰富内容并举,拓宽网络阵地与解决青年之需同行,加强自身建设与团结各方力量兼重等举措,增强共青团青年意识形态工作的有效性。

As the Party’s assistant and reserves,the Communist Youth League(CYL)has always attached importance to and consciously promoted youth ideological cultivation.However,with the continuous development of network technology,the virtual network featuring complexity of information and the interaction of communication has brought new challenges to the ideological work of CYL.In this regard,it is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of CYL’s youth ideological work through measures such as improving the discourse ability and enriching the content,broadening the network position and addressing the needs of youth,and strengthening self-improvement while uniting all parties.
