当代大学生劳动教育开展的现状与路径创新探讨——以某高校大学生的调查为例

On the Current Situation and Path Innovation of Labor Education for Contemporary College Students——Taking an Investigation of College Students in a Certain University as an Example

以某高校的800名大学生为研究对象,调查当前大学生劳动教育开展现状后发现,政府层面存在宣传不到位、鼓励性行动不足的问题;高校层面存在课外实践组织活动少、劳动教育目的及方法不明确的问题;家庭层面存在对劳动教育认识欠缺、与学校培养方向不一致的问题;学生个人层面存在劳动意识淡漠、劳动价值观功利性强、劳动素养差等问题。解决这些问题,需要四个主体协调发力,即国家应加大对劳动教育的宏观指导;高校应严格执行国家政策,并实地落实;家庭在劳动理念上应实现与学校的有机衔接;大学生应认识到加强劳动教育的重要性。

With 800 college students being the research object to study the current status of labor education for college students,it discovers that government put insufficient energy in publicity and encouraging activities;in college,there are fewer extracurricular practice organizations;the purpose and methods of labor education are not clear.At the family level,there is a lack of understanding of labor education and there exists inconsistency between direction of the school education and family education;as for students themselves,there are problems such as poor labor awareness,strong utilitarian values for labor,and poor labor outlook.To solve these problems,the four main parties need to coordinate their efforts,that is,the government should step up efforts to increase the macro-guidance of labor education;colleges and universities should strictly implement national policies and make sure it works;the family should make sure their efforts are in line with that of school organically;college students should realize the importance of strengthening labor education.
