新时代大学生思想行为特点及行为变化规律探究——以山西省高职院校为例

Research on the Characteristics of College Students’Thoughts and Behaviors and the Change Law of Their behaviors in the New Era——Taking a Vocational School in Shanxi as an Example

通过对山西5所高职院校大学生开展的调查分析发现,当代大学生的思想行为具有如下特点:(1)思想认识正确,但缺乏明确的政治态度;(2)价值观多元,集体意识弱化;(3)独立意识强化,人生理想务实;(4)职业目标明确,创业意识有待提高。高校可以采用科学理论引领、坚持以人为本、打造网络教育平台与依靠“四个力量”四种策略,实施新时代大学生思想政治教育。

Through the survey and analysis of college students in five vocational schools in Shanxi Province,it is found that the ideological behavior of contemporary college students has the following characteristics:(1)Their ideological understanding is correct,but they lack clear political attitudes;(2)Their values are pluralistic but their collective consciousness is weak;(3)Their consciousness of independence is strengthened and ideals are pragmatic;(4)Their career goals are clear but their entrepreneurial awareness needs to be improved.Generally speaking,colleges and universities should adopt the four strategies of using guidance of scientific theory,adherence to people-oriented principle,building an online education platform and relying on the“four forces”to implement ideological and political education for college students in the new era.
