摘要
TiO2是研究最为广泛的光催化剂之一,优点众多,却也存在一些缺陷。通常采用掺杂、光敏化或半导体复合等方法对TiO2进行改性。将二氧化钛与氧化铁复合,能解决TiO2光吸收范围窄、光生电子与空穴易结合等缺陷,有效提高其对太阳能的利用率及催化效率。二氧化钛与氧化铁复合的方法有多种,影响制得的二氧化钛/氧化铁复合光催化剂性能的因素也有多个。本文综述了二氧化钛/氧化铁复合光催化剂的合成方法,分析了影响其光催化性能的因素。
TiO2 is one of the most widely studied photocatalysts,which has many advantages,but it also has some defects.TiO2 is usually modified by doping,photosensitization or semiconductor recombination.The combination of titanium dioxide and iron oxide can solve the defects such as narrow light absorption range and easy combination of photogenerated electrons and holes,and effectively improve the utilization rate of solar energy and catalytic efficiency.There are many methods to compound titanium dioxide and iron oxide,and there are many factors that affect the performance of titanium dioxide/iron oxide composite photocatalyst.The synthesis methods of titanium dioxide/iron oxide composite photocatalyst were reviewed,and the factors affecting its photocatalytic performance were analyzed.
