摘要
我国煤炭资源较为丰富,石油资源相对匮乏,在我国已探明的煤炭资源中,低阶煤占比较高,通过煤热解技术,发展煤制烯烃和芳烃等产业,实现对低阶煤炭资源的高效清洁转化,意义重大。本文介绍了鲁奇三段内热式炉、Toscoa1工艺、LR工艺、DG热解技术、LCC热解技术等9种国内外典型的煤热解技术工艺,并对每种工艺特点进行了介绍分析。
There are abundant coal resources but scarce petroleum resources in China.Among the proven coal resources,the low-rank coal accounts for a relatively high proportion.It’s very important to transfer the low-rank coal into olefins and aromatics through coal pyrolysis technology.The 9 kinds of domestic and foreign typical coal pyrolysis technology processes were introduced.At the same time,Lurgi’s three-stage internal heating furnace,Toscoa1 process,LR process,DG pyrolysis technology,and LCC pyrolysis technology,etc.,were introduced.
