摘要
以工业用硫酸锰溶液为电解原料,控制相关电解工艺参数,采用自制的一体化组合体电解槽制备金属锰,对电解过程中产生的阳极泥进行原因分析,并与传统电解槽的阳极泥产生量相比:一体化组合体电解槽为42 kg/tMn,传统电解槽为133 kg/tMn,一体化组合体电解槽阳极泥低于传统电解槽,一体化组合体电解槽具有阳极酸自动导出、pH值稳定、散热效果好和温度控制适宜的优点。
Using industrial MnSO4 solution as raw material,related electrolysis process parameters was controlled.Manganese was prepared by combined electrolytic device,and the output of anode mud was analyzed.Compared with the traditional wooden electrolyzer,the combined electrolytic device was 42 kg/tMn,and the traditional electrolyzer was 133 kg/tMn.The results showed that the production of anode mud of combined electrolytic device was lower than the traditional electrolyzer.The combined electrolytic device has the following advantages:anodic acid can be exported automatically,pH and heat dissipation is stable,and temperature is suitable.
