重油循环泵振动大原因分析及对策

乙烯裂解装置初馏区域重油循环泵,在运行过程中出现了机械密封失效导致物料泄漏,密封不稳定,振动数值大,机泵轴承温度高的问题。检查后发现透平,变速箱有不同程度的损伤。经过维修后试车,未能很好的解决振动大的问题,只能作为备用。采取的措施为对重油循环泵进行重新对中,轴瓦和变速箱的维修更换,对磨损的轴进行激光熔覆修复后重新找正。

During the operation of the heavy oil circulating pump in the initial distillation area of the ethylene cracking unit,the failure of mechanical seal resulted in material leakage,unstable seal,high vibration value and high bearing temperature.After inspection,the turbine and gearbox were found to have different degrees of damage.After the maintenance test,it was failed to solve the vibration problem,it can only be used as a standby.The measures taken were to re-align the heavy oil circulating pump,repair and replace the axle bush and gearbox and re-align the worn shaft after laser cladding repair.
