在石化炼油部压力管道定期检验中,需要测量并核对压力管道的直径来确定检验对象及检验方案。但石化公司炼油部压力管道具有数量多及直径规格众多的特点,并存在大尺寸管道直径测量和测量空间受限管道直径测量的问题,为了能快速、便捷的测量出不同规格的管道直径,介绍了一种新的压力管道直径测量仪器及测量方法,可以快速、便捷的实现大尺寸管道直径测量和测量空间受限管道直径测量。

During the periodic inspection of the pressure pipeline in the petrochemical refining department,the diameter of the pressure pipeline should be measured and checked to determine the inspection object and inspection scheme.Aiming at the large number and diameter specifications of pressure pipe in the petrochemical refining department,and the problems of large size and limited measurement space pipe’s diameter measurement,in order to quickly and conveniently measure the different specifications diameter of the pipe,a new instrument and method for measuring the pressure pipe’s diameter was introduced,which can quickly and conveniently measure the large size and limited measurement space pipe’s diameter.
