摘要
对比介绍了BGRIMM现场混装高温乳化车和常温乳化车,相较于常温乳化车,高温乳化车提高了乳化车装药速度,拓宽了乳化车对乳胶基质温度适用范围,可实现乳胶基质温度高达80℃的现场混装,同时通过现场混装技术进一步减少了现场混装作业人员,并通过在包钢集团巴润铁矿的工业应用,验证了BGRIMM现场混装乳化车的优势与可靠性。
The BGRIMM high-temperature emulsion explosive on site mix-load truck and normal-temperature emulsion explosive on site mix-load truck were compared and introduced.Compared with the normal-temperature emulsion explosive on site mix-load truck,the high-temperature emulsion explosive on site mix-load truck increased the truck charging speed,broadened the application range of the truck to the emulsion explosive matrix temperature,and can achieve the emulsion explosive matrix temperature.On-site mixing at a temperature of up to 80°C,on-site mixing operators were further reduced through on-site mixing technology,and the advantages and reliability of BGRIMM emulsion explosive on site mix-load truck through industrial application at Barun Iron Mine of Baogang Group were verified.
