摘要
针对双螺杆空压机壳体在工作过程中产生的振动现象,利用有限元计算方法,对壳体进行了模态分析,得到壳体的固有频率和振型,并为谐响应分析提供了激振频率范围。在模态分析的基础上,对壳体施加激振载荷并进行谐响应分析,得到壳体最易产生共振的频率。研究成果可为双螺杆空压机结构设计提供参考依据。
The study aims at the twin-screw compressor housing vibration phenomena generated during operation,and uses the finite element method to conduct a housing modal analysis so that the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the housingcan be derived and a harmonic excitation analysis vibration frequency range can be provided.On the basis of the modal analysis,the load applied to the housing and harmonic excitation analysis are also made so that a resonance frequency of the most prone to the housing is derived.The research design hopes to provide reference to twin-screw air compressor.
