家禽磷缺乏症研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 磷是家禽生长过程中的必需元素,也是需求量较高的常量元素,其影响贯穿于禽类的整个生命周期。但是磷在植物种子内主要以植酸盐的形式存在,家禽等单胃动物对植酸磷的利用率极低,如果饲料磷添加不足或磷含量接近极限低值时,植酸酶活性不足、矿物元素拮抗、肠道疾病等易导致磷吸收率下降,磷原料质量低劣或饲料生产过程中的一些问题,都会引发家禽磷缺乏症。为此,文章从症状、病理机制、影响因素、预防和治疗措施等几个方面对国内、外家禽饲料磷和磷缺乏症研究进展进行归纳总结,为治疗和营养调控磷缺乏症提供参考。
