穴位埋线联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with cetirizine on chronic urticaria

目的观察穴位埋线联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法将90例慢性荨麻疹患者按照随机数字表法分为3组。对照1组30例予西替利嗪治疗,对照2组30例予穴位埋线治疗,治疗组30例予西替利嗪联合穴位埋线治疗。3组均治疗28 d后统计临床疗效,并比较3组治疗前后荨麻疹症状评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分及血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、组胺、白三烯C4(LTC4)、白三烯D4(LTD4)及白三烯E4(LTE4)水平变化情况。结果治疗后3组DLQI评分、荨麻疹各项症状评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照1组与对照2组组间DLQI评分、荨麻疹各项症状评分及总分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组IgE、组胺、LTC4、LTD4及LTE4水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照1组与对照2组组间IgE、组胺、LTC4、LTD4及LTE4比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率90.00%(27/30),对照1组总有效率66.67%(20/30),对照2组总有效率60.00%(18/30),治疗组总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05),对照1组总有效率高于对照2组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,并能改善临床症状和IgE、组胺、LTC4、LTD4及LTE4水平。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with cetirizine on chronic urticaria.Methods 90 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method.30 cases in control group 1 were treated by cetirizine.30 cases in control group 2 were treated by acupoint catgut embedding.30 cases in treatment group were treated by cetirizine and acupoint catgut embedding.All the three groups were treated for 28 days and the clinical effects were statistically analyzed.The symptoms and signs of urticaria,dermatology life quality index(DLQI),immunoglobulin E(IgE),histamine,leukotriene C4(LTC4),LTD4 and LTE4 of the three groups were observed before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the DLQI score,urticaria symptom scores and total scores of the three groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group were lower than the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in DLQI score,urticaria symptom scores and total score between the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IgE,histamine,LTC4,LTD4 and LTE4 were all decreased in the three groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group were lower than the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgE,histamine,LTC4,LTD4 and LTE4 between the control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%(27/30),that of the control group 1 was 66.67%(20/30),that of the control group 2 was 60.00%(18/30),that of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05),and that of the control group 1 was higher than that of the control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with cetirizine is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and can improve the clinical symptoms and the levels of IgE,histamine,LTC4,LTD4 and LTE4.
