摘要
在3D打印成型技术中,打印工艺对其成型工件的力学性能有很大影响。以聚乳酸(PLA)为打印耗材,以3D打印的方式制备聚乳酸拉伸、冲击样条,根据切片软件的设定,经过对填充率、打印温度和打印速度的调节,以及对打印耗材生产后放置时间的控制,研讨打印工艺对PLA产品力学性能的影响。结果表明,当打印耗材放置时间为1d、填充率为100%、打印温度为200℃、打印速度为30mm/s时,具有良好的力学性能,此时拉伸强度可以高达45.53 MPa,冲击强度可高达61.53 J/m。
In 3 D printing molding technology,the printing process has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the formed parts.Polylactic acid(PLA) was used as printing consumables to prepare polylactic acid drawing and impact splines by 3 D printing.According to the setting of slicing software,the influence of printing process on the mechanical properties of PLA products is discussed by adjusting the filling rate,printing temperature and printing speed,as well as the control of placement time after printing consumables production.The results show that when the printing consumables are placed for 1 day,the filling rate is 100%,the printing temperature is 200 ℃ and the printing speed is 30 mm/s,the tensile strength can reach 45.53 MPa,and the impact strength can be as high as 61.53 J/m.
