废水重点排污单位自行监测现状问题及对策建议

通过开展废水重点排污单位自行监测监督检查工作,对辽宁省自行监测工作存在的问题进行总结分析,对部分废水排污单位自行监测质量不高、监测信息公开不完整、主体意识不强等问题提出管理对策及建议。

By carrying out supervision and inspection of self-monitoring work in key wastewater discharge units,the problems existed in the self-monitoring work in Liaoning Province are analyzed,the management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for poor self-monitoring quality,incomplete disclosure of monitoring information and weak subjective consciousness in some wastewater discharge units.
