页岩气开发中的环境问题及对策——以长宁页岩气开发区为例

随着经济的快速发展,我国在能源方面的需求与日俱增,而页岩气的开发能极大地保障我国能源安全,因此,我国目前已加大了对页岩气的开发和勘探力度。仪器探明,四川盆地中“长宁—威远”地区页岩气储量丰富,已被国家纳入先导试验区。以长宁页岩气开发区为例,旨在为我国页岩气的规模化开发累积经验。针对长宁页岩气开发区在开发过程中出现的水资源消耗大、水污染、土壤污染、大气污染和噪声污染等环境问题,提出要加快页岩气开发相关的环保立法、探索环境保护监管机制、加快技术攻关、完善生态补偿机制、提高企业和公民的环保意识等对策,为后续页岩气的可持续开发和环境保护工作提供参考。

With the rapid economic development,China’s demand for energy is increasing day by day,and the development of shale gas can greatly guarantee the energy security of our country.Therefore,China has now increased its development and exploration of shale gas.The instrument proves that the shale gas reserves in the"Changning-Weiyuan"area of the Sichuan Basin are abundant and have been included in the pilot test area.Therefore,the Changning shale gas development area is taken as an example,which aims to accumulate experience for large-scale development shale gas in China.In response to environmental problems such as high water consumption,water pollution,soil pollution,air pollution and noise pollution in the development process of the Changning shale gas area,it is proposed to accelerate environmental protection legislation related to shale gas development,explore environmental protection supervision mechanisms,speed up technological breakthroughs,improve ecological compensation mechanism,and raise environmental awareness of enterprises and citizens,which will provide references for the subsequent sustainable development and environmental protection of shale gas.
