摘要
为充分利用岩白菜属植物资源,按观赏盆栽、林下绿化、中药材3个方向,对岩白菜属植物进行了优良种的筛选。以花期大于20 d,早春开花,花色紫红色或粉色,株型紧凑,两年生种苗冠幅不超过15 cm为筛选标准,筛选厚叶岩白菜、秦岭岩白菜、岩白菜、短柄岩白菜为盆栽材料;通过林下种植及耐高温、耐低温及叶片变色率观察,筛选厚叶岩白菜、秦岭岩白菜和短柄岩白菜用于林下绿化;根据测定的岩白菜素含量,筛选出厚叶岩白菜、秦岭岩白菜为优良中药材资源。该研究对于针对性开发利用岩白菜属植物资源具有指导作用。
In order to make full use of the resources of Bergenia Moench,the excellent species of Bergenia Moench was selected according to 3 directions:ornamental potted plants,understory greening and Chinese herbal medicines.With the selection criteria of 20 days or above flowering period,early spring flowering,purple or pink color,compact plant type,the crown width of biennial seedlings should not exceed 15 cm,the B.crassifolia(L.)Fritsch,B.scopulosa T.P.Wang,B.purpurascens(Hook.f.et Thoms.)Eng and B.stracheyi(Hook.f.et Thoms.)Engl.were selected as potted materials;through the observation of understory growing,high temperature tolerance,low temperature tolerance and leaf discoloration rate,the B.crassifolia(L.)Fritsch,B.scopulosa T.P.Wang and B.stracheyi(Hook.f.et Thoms.)Engl.were selected for understory greening;according to the determined bergenin content,the B.crassifolia(L.)Fritsch and B.scopulosa T.P.Wang were selected as excellent Chinese medicinal materials.This study has a guiding role for the targeted development and utilization of Bergenia resources.
