摘要
对6个不同来源的西瓜枯萎病原菌株系进行了致病性测定,筛选出高致病菌株FON-56;以FON-56为接种菌,采用浸根接种法鉴定了20份西瓜种质资源的苗期枯萎病抗性,并利用病圃重茬栽培,鉴定其大田成株期枯萎病抗性。结果表明:Su-ck-1、W958-3-6和W98-1-4等3份西瓜种质苗期和成株期均表现高抗枯萎病;V16-3、V13-1、V13-9、V13-11和W23-18等5份西瓜种质表现中抗;1份西瓜种质表现轻抗,其余11份西瓜种质均表现高感。Su-ck-1、W958-3-6和W98-1-4等3份种质资源可作为抗源,用于高抗枯萎病西瓜品种选育及其抗性遗传相关的研究。
The pathogenicity of 6 strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum from different sources was determined,and the high pathogenic strain FON-56 was screened.With FON-56 as the inoculant,20 watermelon germplasms were tested for their resistance to Fusarium wilt by artificial inoculation at seedling stage in laboratory.And the Fusarium wilt resistance of those germplasms at adult stage was identified by continuous cropping in disease nursery.The results showed that Su-ck-1,W958-3-6 and W98-1-4 showed high resistance to Fusarium wilt at seedling and adult stage.Five watermelon germplasms,including V16-3,V13-1,V13-9,V13-11 and W23-18,showed moderate resistance.One watermelon germplasm showed light resistance and the other 11 watermelon germplasms showed high sensitivity.Three germplasm resources,Su-ck-1,W958-3-6 and W98-1-4,could be used as resistance sources for breeding of watermelon varieties with high resistance to Fusarium wilt and genetic correlation research of resistance.
