摘要
比较不同地区(上海、四川成都、四川汉源)以及同一地区(上海地区)不同栽培环境(全光照、荫棚、塑料大棚、玻璃温室)种植采收的早花百子莲(Agapanthus praecox)种子形态、千粒重以及发芽情况等,结果表明:四川成都、汉源地区采收的百子莲种子总种长、种胚长、种胚厚、千粒重显著大于上海地区采收种子(P<0.01),且种子发芽率也较高;在上海地区,全光照与荫棚条件比玻璃温室、塑料大棚生长的百子莲种子总种长、翅长、种胚长、种胚厚与种子千粒重大,发芽率高,且差异显著(P<0.01),表明露地全光照与荫棚栽培环境百子莲结实种子发育更饱满、种子质量更好。本研究对于国内百子莲繁育栽培具有一定指导意义。
The seed morphology,thousand grain weight and germination of Agapauthus praecox were compared which were planted in different region of China(Shanghai,Chengdu,Hanyuan)or under full-light,shade,plastic greenhouse and glass greenhouse of different environment in Shanghai.The results showed that the total length of seed,length of embryo,embryo thickness and thousand grain weight of seeds collected from Chengdu and Hanyuan were significantly higher than that from Shanghai(P<0.01)while the germination rate was also higher.The total seed length,wing length,embryo length,embryo thickness and thousand grain weight of the seeds collected from individuals planted under full-light and shade cultivation environment were higher than that from plastic greenhouse and glass greenhouse environment,corresponding significant difference of germination rate were detected.It was showed that the seeds collected from individuals planted under full-light and shade environment were much fuller,and had a better seed quality.The results can provide useful suggestion for propagation and cultivation of A.praecox in China.
