摘要
通过对市售食用菌产品包装标识进行详细调查,发现目前食用菌产品包装上的信息没有统一的标准和规范,这给食用菌产品的贮存、运输、销售、采购、食用等各个环节对产品的基本信息识别带来了许多不便。本文对常见标识问题进行分析并给出相关措施及建议,希望能对食用菌产品包装标识的标准化和规范化起到积极作用。
Through a detailed investigation on the packaging identification of edible fungi products on the market,it is found that there is no unified standard and specification for the information on the edible fungi products package at present,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the basic information identification of edible fungi products in the aspects of storage,transportation,sales,purchase,consumption and so on.This paper analyzes the common labeling problems and gives the relevant measures and suggestions,hoping to play a positive role in the standardization and normalization of edible fungi products packaging labels.
