基于三维结构理论的商业综合体全咨服务研究

Research on General Consultancy Service of Commercial Complex Based on Three-dimensional Structure Theory

城市建设主体的建设规模、功能、投资总额、协调难度越来越成为商业综合体项目建设的特点,也对工程咨询企业提出了更高的要求。传统工程咨询提供的分阶段、碎片化服务很难满足业主对工程整体目标的要求。为此,国家在近年来大力提倡和推广全过程工程咨询。如何将零碎而又片面化的工程咨询服务通过有机整合,实现全过程工程咨询的整体集成,是此次写作的目的。本文借鉴霍尔“三维结构”模型、全寿命周期集成理论以全过程工程咨询单位为研究视角,探索性地提出全过程工程咨询服务思维模型,为建设单位和全过程工程咨询提供参考和借鉴。

The construction scale,functions,total investment,and difficulty of coordination of the main body of urban construction have increasingly become the characteristics of commercial complex project construction,and higher requirements are put forward for engineering consulting companies.The phased and fragmented services provided by traditional engineering consulting can hardly meet the owner's requirements for the overall project goals.For this reason,the country has vigorously advocated and promoted the whole process engineering consulting in recent years.How to organically integrate fragmented and one-sided engineering consulting services to achieve the overall integration of engineering consulting throughout the entire process is the purpose of this paper.This paper draws on the Hall"three-dimensional structure"model and the whole life cycle integration theory from the perspective of the whole process engineering consulting unit,and exploratively proposes the whole process engineering consulting service thinking model,which provides reference for the construction unit and the whole process engineering consulting.
