基于AHP-灰色综合评价法的钢铁企业风险评估

摘要 钢铁生产工艺复杂,有很多潜在风险因素,科学合理的风险评价方法有利于预防和控制事故发生。根据钢铁企业的特点识别风险,确定风险评价体系,以某钢铁厂为例运用AHP法得到了各风险因素的权重,运用灰色综合评价法进行风险等级量化。评价结果表明该钢铁厂风险等级介于较轻风险与一般风险之间,同时指出影响企业安全的主要因素,有便于企业采取措施降低风险,对其他钢铁企业也具有一定的参考价值和意义。 The steel production process is complex and there are many potential risk factors.Scientific and reasonable risk assessment methods are conducive to preventing and controlling accidents.Identify risks according to the characteristics of iron and steel enterprises,determine risk assessment systems.Taking an iron and steel plant as an example,the weight of each risk factor is obtained using the AHP method,and the grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the risk level.The evaluation results show that the risk level of the steel plant is between lighter risk and general risk.At the same time,the main factors affecting the safety of the enterprise are pointed out,and corresponding safety management measures are proposed to reduce the risk to a minimum level.It also has certain reference value and significance to other steel companies.
