精益化管理的实践--三道沟煤矿单产、单进、煤质三大关键指标的提升

The Practice of Lean Management:Promotion of Three Key Indexes of Unit Yield, Single Entry and Coal Quality in Sandaogou Coal Mine

针对三道沟煤矿三八盘区生产现状,运用精益化管理的理念,通过一系列管理提升手段提升了设备综合效率(OEE)水平、重新对综采设备进行了配套、优化了支护参数等,使三道沟煤矿单产、单进、煤炭发热量三大关键指标大幅提升,生产状况得到较大改观,创造了显著的经济效益。

Aiming at the current production status of the 38th panel of Sandaogou Coal Mine,using the concept of lean management,through a series of management improvement methods,the overall equipment efficiency(OEE)level has been improved,the fully mechanized mining equipment has been re-supported and optimized,parameters,etc.,have greatly improved.So the three key indexes of unit yield,single entry and coal calorific value of Sandaogou Coal Mine have greatly improved,production conditions have been greatly improved,creating significant economic benefits.
