摘要
利用电磁波波速远大于地震波波速的原理,高速列车在接收到地震报警信号后的紧急处置方案一般有两种形式,一种是在接收到地震报警信息后,通过向列车控制系统发送控制信号实现列车减速或停车;另一种是在接到地震报警信息后,通过向牵引供电系统发送控电信号实现牵引供电接触网断电,从而达到紧急处置和避免次生灾害的效果。本文考虑了安全性和可靠性两个方面,结合我国高速铁路状况,研究了一种具备自动接触网断电功能的装置。
Based on the principle that the speed of electromagnetic wave is much higher than that of seismic wave,the emergency treatment plan for high-speed trains after receiving earthquake alarm signals generally has two forms.One is that after receiving earthquake alarm information,the train can decelerate or stop by sending control signals to the Train Control System.The other is after receiving the earthquake alarm information,through the Traction Power Supply system to send control electrical signals to achieve traction power supply catenary power off,so as to achieve emergency treatment and avoid secondary disasters.Considering the safety and reliability of high speed railway in China,this paper studies a device with automatic catenary power off function.
