摘要
本文采用氨氮在线仪与实验室(纳氏试剂分光光度法HJ 535-2009)两种方法对不同水期黄河水体中氨氮进行比对试验来说明在线仪器的适应性、先进性,同时进行标准样品、加标回收率等测定判定在线仪的准确性。氨氮在线仪测定黄河水环境中的氨氮,通过大量试验证明,该仪器具有快速、准确、灵敏、干扰少等特点。
This article uses ammonia nitrogen online instrument and laboratory(Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry HJ 535-2009)two methods to compare the ammonia nitrogen in the water body of the Yellow River in different water periods to illustrate the adaptability and advancement of the online instrument.The accuracy of the online instrument is determined by the determination of the standard sample and the recovery rate of the spike.The ammonia nitrogen on-line instrument measures the ammonia nitrogen in the water environment of the Yellow River.A large number of experiments have proved that the instrument has the characteristics of fast,accurate,sensitive and less interference.
