Investigation and Analysis on Health Literacy of Health Food among Residents in Lishui City

本研究通过问卷形式,对丽水市市居民关于保健食品的健康素养现状进行调查,并结合影响因素的研究,分析居民关于保健食品的健康素养的特征、影响因素及存在的问题,为今后指导居民科学选择保健食品提供依据,同时为保健食品行业发展提供理论研究基础。

In this study,the health literacy status of Lishui residents about health food was investigated by questionnaire.Combined with the research on influencing factors,the characteristics,influencing factors and existing problems of residents'health literacy on health food were analyzed,in order to guide residents to choose health food scientifically in the future and provide theoretical research basis for the development of health food industry.
