摘要
生态安全评价对生态脆弱区和经济落后区发展绿色经济有重要意义,亦可为城市生态文明建设提供科学参考。以嘉峪关市为例,采用DPSIR模型和层次分析法构建嘉峪关市生态安全评价体系,通过物元分析法对嘉峪关市2010—2018年的生态安全状况进行了综合评价。结果表明:(1)2010—2018年嘉峪关市生态安全等级逐步上升,其生态安全等级从“不安全”上升到“较安全”。(2)人均水资源量、环境空气质量优良率、人均耕地面积、第一、二产业增长率、环境保护投资、森林覆盖率等指标是影响嘉峪关市生态安全水平进一步提升的制约因素。(3)嘉峪关市生态安全水平虽逐步好转,但生态安全水平总体不高,还需在巩固现有成果的基础上,进一步加大生态文明建设的力度。该结论可为嘉峪关市发展绿色经济、建设生态文明提供理论依据。
Evaluation of ecological security is of great significance to develop green economy in ecological fragile and backward areas,which also can provide a scientific reference for the ecological civilization.This research constructed ecological security evaluation system based on DPSIR model and analytic hierarchy process,and comprehensively evaluated the ecological security status from 2010 to 2018 through matter-element analysis method in Jiayuguan City.The results showed that:(1)The ecological security level of Jiayuguan City had gradually increased from 2010 to 2018,and its ecological security level had risen from“unsafe”to“safer”.(2)Per capita water resources,excellent rate of ambient air quality,per capita arable land area,growth rate of the primary and secondary industries,environmental protection investment,and forest coverage rate were the key factors that affected ecological security in Jiayuguan City.(3)Although the ecological security level of Jiayuguan City was improved,the overall level of ecological security was relatively poor.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of ecological civilization on the basis of consolidating existing achievements.The results can provide a theoretical basis for Jiayuguan City to develop a green economy and ecological civilization construction.
