摘要
在中央企业混合所有制改革和军民融合发展的时代背景下,面向转型升级,军工企业需要积极改变传统的组织管理模式,使企业具备持续的适应能力。文章提出了新形势下基于赋能理念的组织建设思路和做法,并以批生产调试和保障部门为试点,在企业内实践运行,效果显著,对推动军工企业管理水平提升和高质量发展有着积极的意义。
Under the background of mixed ownership of the central enterprises reform and the civil-military integration,facing transformation and upgrading,military enterprises need to change the traditional organizational management model actively to have continuous adaptability.The paper proposes the idea and practice of organization building based on the concept of empowerment under the new situation.The empowering organization has been implemented in the batch production and service department,which has achieved remarkable results.It has the positive significance to promote the improvement of management level and high-quality development of military enterprises.
