摘要
文章对细长轴车削加工过程中常见的几种几何误差及其产生原因进行分析,详细介绍了装夹辅助装置、误差补偿技术、改变工件受力方式以及刀具几何参数和切削用量等方面的研究现状,并展望了细长轴车削加工的未来。
This article analyzes several common geometric errors and their causes in the turning process of slender shaft.The paper describes the present research status of clamping auxiliary device,error compensation technology,changing the force mode of workpiece,geometric parameters and cutting parameters of cutting tools.Some future directions of the turning of slender shaft are pointed out.
