摘要
地铁车站主体结构钢筋工程量较大,钢筋连接方法多样化,采用传统的钢筋焊接、绑扎等工艺已完全满足不了钢车站筋搭接质量要求,目前钢筋主筋连接已全部采用直螺纹机械连接,直螺纹加工连接采用流水作业施工,涉及工序多,钢筋、套筒从进场到加工丝扣及连接等各工序都直接影响钢筋连接质量,文章以乌鲁木齐4号线北广场站主体结构施工为例,分析直螺纹连接施工控制要点,总结施工方法,解决机械连接技术难点。
The construction of main structure of metro station needs a large amount of reinforcement work,and the methods of reinforcement connection are various.The traditional techniques of reinforcement welding and binding cannot meet the quality requirements of steel station’s reinforcement lap connection.At present,straight thread mechanical connection has been adopted in all steel bar connections,and straight thread processing connection is constructed by line production,which involves many procedures.Every procedure,from the entry of steel bar and sleeve to the processing of thread and connection,directly affects the quality of steel bar connection.Taking the main structure construction of North Square station of Urumqi Metro Line 4 as an example,this paper analyzes the construction control points of straight thread connection,summarizes the construction methods,and solves the technical difficulties of mechanical connection.
