摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的发生,凸显了我国民众健康素养的缺失,这与在中小学阶段体育教师未能对其实施系统的健康教育有着密切关系,因此迫切需要反思新冠疫情下高校体育教育专业建设的问题。研究表明:新冠疫情下我国体育教育专业建设面临的挑战包括:在宏观层面需要更好地落实"健康中国"战略精神,在中观层面应全方位助力中国公共卫生健康体系建设,在微观层面应培养优质的体育与健康教育工作者;而国际一流体育教育专业建设已呈现出明显的"健康"转向。基于内生动力和外在激励,认为未来体育教育专业建设应加大健康教育的融入力度,以打造"体育与健康教育专业人员"为核心重构专业培养目标,以"一流本科课程"建设为契机加大健康教育类课程建设力度,以"体医融合"为切入点优化专业任课教师的背景与结构,以"健康实践能力"培养为落脚点强化学生实践经验习得,从而对体育教育专业建设形成有效治理,构建专业建设新秩序。
The occurrence of the COVID-19 has highlighted the lack of health literacy of the people in China, which is closely related to the failure of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools to teach systematic health education. Therefore, it is urgent to reflect on the development of physical education major in universities under the background of COVID-19 pandemic. The research showed that the challenges faced by the development of physical education major in China under the background of COVID-19 pandemic include better implementation of the strategic spirit of "Healthy China" at the macro level, all-round assistance to the construction of China’s public health system at the meso level, and training of high-quality physical education and health educators at the micro level;and the development of world-class physical education major has shown obvious "health" turn. Based on the internal and external motivation, the authors thought that in the future, the physical education major development should strengthen the integration of health education, reconstruct the professional training goal with the core of building "physical education and health education professionals", strengthen the construction of health education courses with the opportunity of "first-class undergraduate courses", and optimize the background and structure of professional teachers with the starting point of "integration of physical education and medical care", strengthen the acquisition of students’ practical experience based on the cultivation of "healthy practical ability", so as to form an effective governance of the development of physical education major and build a new order of major development.
