生态农业的文化价值解析

Analysis of cultural value of ecological agriculture

生态农业作为继承了中国传统农耕文化精华的农业形式之一,除了具有一般农业所具有的生产功能外,还具有重要的生态功能和文化功能,具有重要的文化价值。文化价值是一个复杂多元的概念,但目前相关研究对于生态农业的文化价值的内涵和构成未有清晰的界定。因此,通过回溯和借鉴不同研究领域对于价值、文化价值的内涵及构成的界定,并结合相关领域如农业、农业文化遗产中对文化价值的界定,解析生态农业文化价值的科学内涵,并将生态农业的文化价值分解界定为文化传承价值、历史价值、科研价值、科普教育价值以及审美休闲价值五大价值,同时对每个价值的具体内涵进行了界定和解析。此外,通过借鉴生态系统的文化服务功能评估的相关研究方法,提出对生态农业的文化价值评估的方法,以期促进生态农业及其相关传统文化的基础研究与保护。

As one of the agricultural forms that inherits the essence of China s traditional farming culture,ecological agriculture has important ecological and cultural functions besides having the production function of general agriculture,so it has important cultural value.Cultural value is a complex and diverse concept,but there is no clear definition of the connotation of the cultural value of ecological agriculture.Therefore,this study analyzes the scientific connotation of the cultural value of ecological agriculture by reviewing and referring to the definition of the connotation and composition of value and cultural value in different research fields,and combining with the discussion of cultural value in agriculture,agricultural heritage system and other related fields.On this basis,we divide the cultural value of ecological agriculture into five values:cultural heritage value,historical value,scientific research value,popular science education value and aesthetic leisure value.At the same time,the specific connotation of each value is defined and analyzed.In addition,by referring to the relevant research methods of ecosystem cultural service function evaluation,this paper puts forward the methods of cultural value evaluation of ecological agriculture,in order to promote the basic research and protection of ecological agriculture and its related traditional culture.
