生态引领乡村人居环境营造策略研究

Research on the construction strategy of rural human settlement guided by ecological theory

近年来,我国农村经济发展迅猛,乡村面貌焕然一新,农民生活水平日益提升。然而,农业生态系统平衡状态开始遭到破坏,农村居住条件、环境卫生和基础设施发展不均衡、不充分,人居环境建设总体水平仍较低等现象普遍存在。人居环境是人类生存和发展的基础条件,农村人居环境是农民生活品质的重要标志。根据农村经济社会发展实际条件,结合乡村特点和农民需求,寻求改善农村人居环境的路径。在改善农村人居环境方面,结合国内外农村人居环境的相关理论基础和治理经验,制定我国人居环境营造策略,对提升农村人居环境、农民安居乐业、农村社会稳定和谐以及生态环境的改善均具有重要的意义。

In recent years,rural economy has developed rapidly in China,the living environment has taken on a new look,and the living standards of farmers have improved.However,the balance of the agricultural ecosystem is beginning to be destroyed,the rural living conditions,sanitary conditions,and infrastructure are uneven and insufficient,and the overall level of human settlements construction is still low.The human settlement environment is the basic condition for human survival and development,and the rural human settlement environment is an important indication of farmers quality of life.In this paper,we seek ways to improve the rural human settlement environment according to rural economic and social development conditions combined with rural characteristics and farmers needs.A strategy for the construction of China s human settlement environment was formulated in terms of improving the rural human settlement environment,combining the relevant theoretical basis and excellent governance experience of the rural human settlement environment in China and abroad.This is meaningful in improving the rural human settlement environment,farmers living and working circumstance,rural social stability and harmony,and ecological environment.
