通沟污泥处理技术的发展 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,随着国家和地方政府对通沟污泥处理处置的重视,通沟污泥的处理技术也得以逐步发展。通过淘洗+筛分的物理方法对通沟污泥进行处理,分离出大于10 mm的粗大物质和可作为建材的大于0.2 mm的砂砾(有机烧失率小于3%),将通沟污泥分离为砂、污泥等相对单一、稳定的成分。随着各项目的运行,呈现出超细砂沉积、冲洗水用量大、含油污泥处理效果不理想等问题。针对国内通沟污泥的特点,通沟污泥的处理技术路线也随之调整,例如引入超细砂(0.075~0.2 mm)分离+清洗装置、精细过滤装置和高效沉淀装置;增加回用水处理工段;增加污泥储存池分层措施等。工艺调整后,运行效果改善明显,通沟污泥的处理技术能满足当地发展的需求。 In recent years,with the national and local government s attention to the treatment and disposal of sewer sludge,sewer sludge treatment technology has been gradually developed.The physical method of elutriation and sieving was used to treat the sewer sludge,and screened out coarse materials larger than 10 mm and grit larger than 0.2 mm which could be reused as building materials with ignition loss less than 3%.Through this method,the sewer sludge was separated into with relatively single and stable components such as sand and sludge.With the operation of various projects,problems such as ultra-fine sand deposition,large amount demand of flushing water,and unsatisfactory treatment effect of oily sludge are presented.In response to the characteristics of domestic sewage sludge,the process route was adjusted continuously,such as introducing ultra-fine sand(0.075~0.2 mm)separation and washing device,fine filtration device and high-efficiency sedimentation device;increasing recycling water treatment section;increasing stratification measures for sludge storage tanks,etc.After the process adjustment,the operation effect is improved obviously.And the treatment technology of the sewer sludge can meet the needs of local development.
