摘要
采用热空气老化方法研究了国产氟硅橡胶的老化与贮存性能。分别考察了氟硅橡胶自由状态下的撕裂强度和形变状态下的压缩永久变形在不同温度下随时间的性能变化规律;利用Arrhenius方程,预测了国产氟硅橡胶在室温下的贮存性能。结果表明,随老化温度的升高和时间的延长,撕裂强度和压缩永久变形性能均下降,但相比压缩永久变形,其撕裂强度的耐老化性能较好些;在23℃下贮存20年后,氟硅橡胶仍具有良好的撕裂强度和压缩回弹性。
The aging and storage properties of fluorosilicone rubber was studied by the hot air aging method.The influence of the aging temperature and time on the tear strength(at free state)and compression set(at deformation state)properties of the fluorosilicone rubber were researched.The storage properties of fluorosilicone rubber was predicted by Arrhenius equation.The results showed that the tear strength and compression set properties reduced with the increasing temperature and time.The former was better than the latter at the aging quality.Fluorosilicone rubber has good tear strength and compression resilience after 20 years storage at 23℃.
