玻纤增强PBT的耐水解性能的研究和优化 被引量:2

摘要 系统地研究了抗水解剂聚碳化二亚胺、扩链剂SAG系列、阻隔树脂EVOH对玻纤增强PBT的力学性能、加工性能以及耐水解性能的影响。结果显示:PBT的耐水解性能随着抗水解剂含量增加而提高,高-N=C=N-浓度的抗水解剂对PBT耐水解性能的提升效果更加显著;多环氧官能团的扩链剂对PBT材料的耐水解性能提升明显,使用环氧含量高的扩链剂,PBT的耐水解性能更优;阻隔树脂EVOH的引入会降低PBT材料初始物理性能,只有当EVOH含量达到一定含量才对PBT耐水解性能起到正向提升作用。在上述研究结果的基础上,通过优化组分和含量,输出耐水解PBT材料配方,其基本物性和耐水解性能与进口材料相当。 In this paper,the effects of anti-hydrolytic agent polycarbonized diimide,chain extender SAG series,and barrier resin EVOH on the mechanical properties,processing properties and hydrolysis resistance of glass fiber reinforced PBT were systematically studied.The results showed that the hydrolysis resistance of PBT increased with the increase of the content of anti-hydrolytic agent,and the anti-hydrolytic agent with high-N=C=N-concentration improved the hydrolysis resistance of PBT more significantly.The chain extender with multiple epoxy functional groups can improve the hydrolysis resistance of PBT materials.The higher the epoxy content of chain extender,the more obvious the enhancing effect of the hydrolysis resistance of PBT materials.The introduction of barrier resin EVOH reduce the mechanical properties of PBT material.Only when the content of EVOH reaches a certain level can the hydrolysis resistance of PBT be positively improved.On the basis of the above research results,the formula of hydrolyzation-resistant PBT material was output by optimizing the components and content,and its basic physical properties and hydrolysis resistance were similar to those of imported material.
