摘要
将聚硅氧烷嵌段聚碳酸酯引入到传统的聚碳酸酯体系中,考察聚碳酸酯材料在沸水、氙灯等极端条件老化前后的热稳定性、力学性能、颜色稳定性的变化。结果表明,聚硅氧烷嵌段聚碳酸酯的引入能提高PC样品的稳定性,使PC样品抗水解及抗紫外老化性能有所增强。
In this research,PC-Siloxane copolymer was introduced into traditional polycarbonate systems.The thermal stability,mechanical properties,and color stability of polycarbonate materials before and after aging under extreme conditions such as boiling water and xenon tester are investigated,respectively.The results show that the introduction of PC-Siloxane copolymer can improve the stability of PC samples,with the resistance of PC samples to hydrolysis and UV aging being enhanced.
