聚丙烯薄膜热复合层表面粗化研究

摘要 用一步法制备了含有表面粗化热复合树脂层的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)热复合膜,研究BOPP膜的热复合层在不同熔体指数(MI)及配比的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和均聚聚丙烯(EVA/PP)混合下的表面粗化行为,使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)观察表面粗糙花纹和粗糙形态,研究EVA与PP树脂的用量、MI对热复合层表面粗化的影响,确定聚烯烃薄膜最佳表面粗化参数。 Several glue-free BOPP films were prepared by varying the formula of the thermal lamination layer.The effects of melting index of PP amd EVA,and proportion of PP/EVA blend on the surface roughness were studied,then the surface patterns and coarse morphology of these films were viewed by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and atomic force microscopy(AFM),thus the correlation between the thermal lamination surface roughness and properties of PP/EVA blend were elucidated.
