严寒地区真石漆颜色影响因素研究

摘要 严寒地区复杂的气候条件严重危害真石漆耐久性。本文研究了酸雨侵蚀、盐侵蚀、湿热老化及人工气候老化对真石漆颜色的影响规律,同时通过表征几种因素对真石漆乳液性能的影响,进一步研究真石漆劣化机理。研究表明:(1)酸雨侵蚀、盐侵蚀、湿热老化及人工气候老化几种影响因素中,CaCl2侵蚀对真石漆颜色影响最大,其次是酸雨侵蚀。(2)酸雨及盐侵蚀会与苯丙乳液发生不同程度的化学反应,使真石漆颜色发生显著变化。(3)湿热老化提高真石漆抗侵蚀能力,使颜色变化不大;人工气候老化因紫外光的辐照使真石漆抗侵蚀能力先升高后降低,颜色也随之变化。 The complex climatic conditions in severe cold region seriously harm the durability of true stone lacquer.In this paper,the effects of acid rain erosion,salt erosion,humidity and heat aging and artificial climate aging on the color of real stone lacquer were studied.At the same time,the degradation mechanism of real stone lacquer was further studied by characterizing the effects of several factors on the performance of real stone lacquer emulsion.The study shows that:(1)Among the influencing factors acid rain erosion,salt erosion,humidity and heat aging and artificial climate aging,CaCl2 erosion has the greatest influence on the color of true stone lacquer,followed by acid rain erosion.(2)Acid rain and salt erosion will occur different degrees of chemical reaction with styrene-acrylic emulsion,so that the true stone lacquer color significantly changed.(3)Damp and heat aging can improve the anti-erosion ability of true stone paint and make the color change little;Artificial climate aging due to ultraviolet radiation makes the anti-erosion ability of true stone lacquer first increased and then decreased,the color also changes.
