摘要
以玄武岩纤维沥青混合料为研究对象进行冻融损伤性能试验,冻融循环的次数为1次~10次,采用稳定度、单轴压缩强度、开裂荷载和疲劳寿命为技术指标探究玄武岩纤维沥青混合料冻融循环下性能衰变规律,并与普通沥青混合料冻融损伤试验结果进行对比。研究表明,玄武岩纤维沥青混合料在多次冻融循环损伤后性能远高于普通沥青混合料,且性能下降速率也较普通沥青混合料缓慢。玄武岩纤维沥青混合料具有较好的抗低温开裂和抗疲劳性能,适用于严寒地区复杂环境的道路建设工程,具有较好的推广应用前景。
In this paper,the basalt fiber asphalt mixture was used as the research object for the freeze-thaw damage performance test.The number of freeze-thaw cycles was 1~10 times.The stability,uniaxial compressive strength,cracking load and fatigue life were used as technical indicators to explore the basalt fiber asphalt mixture.The performance decay law under the freeze-thaw cycle was compared with the freeze-thaw damage test results of common asphalt mixture.The research shows that the performance of basalt fiber asphalt mixture is much higher than that of ordinary asphalt mixture after multiple freeze-thaw cycles,and the rate of performance decline is slower than that of ordinary asphalt mixture.The basalt fiber asphalt mixture has good resistance to low temperature cracking and fatigue resistance,and is suitable for road construction projects in complex environments in severe cold regions,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
