玄武岩纤维沥青稳定碎石路用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为延缓沥青路面反射裂缝发展,选用沥青稳定碎石作为下面层,研究了玄武岩纤维和SBS改性沥青对沥青稳定碎石路用性能影响规律。结果表明,掺入玄武岩纤维和采用SBS改性沥青均改善了沥青稳定碎石路用性能,且玄武岩纤维改性沥青稳定碎石路用性能最佳;玄武岩纤维对沥青稳定碎石路用性能的改善作用较采用改性沥青对稳定碎石的作用要小;掺入玄武岩纤维和采用SBS改性沥青有效地抑制了沥青稳定碎石裂缝的发展,同一试验条件下玄武岩纤维改性沥青稳定碎石疲劳寿命最高、低温抗裂性能最优,弯拉强度和弯拉应变较基质沥青稳定碎石分别提高了1.6倍和1.9倍。 In order to delay the development of reflective cracks on asphalt pavement,asphalt stabilized macadam was selected as the lower layer.The influence of basalt fiber and SBS modified asphalt on the performance of asphalt stabilized macadam was studied.The results show that the addition of basalt fiber and SBS modified asphalt improve the road performance of asphalt stabilized macadam,and the performance of basalt fiber modified asphalt stabilized macadam road is the best;The effect of improvement of basalt fiber on asphalt stabilized macadam road is less than that of modified asphalt on stable gravel;the addition of basalt fiber and the use of SBS modified asphalt effectively inhibit the development of asphalt stabilized macadam cracks.Under the same experimental conditions,for rasalt fiber modified asphalt stabilized macadam,the fatigue life is the highest,the low temperature crack resistance is the best,and the bending strength and bending strain are 1.6 times and 1.9 times higher than the matrix asphalt stabilized stone.
