摘要
将雾化制得的6061铝合金粉体作为基体,SiC颗粒作为增强相,采用粉末冶金法制备在体育器材中应用的SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料,并研究SiC颗粒尺寸与体积分数对复合材料应用性能的影响。结果显示,体积分数相同时,复合材料的比强度、抗拉强度与硬度均随着SiC颗粒粒径的变大而减小。选择粒径为5μm的SiC颗粒,复合材料的抗拉强度与比强度均随着SiC体积分数的变大先增大后减小,且都在体积分数为15%时达到最大值;硬度则随着SiC体积分数的变大而增加。SiC颗粒粒径为5μm,体积分数为15%时,体育器材用SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的应用性能最佳。
In this paper,6061 aluminium alloy that made by atomization method is served as matrix,while SiC particle is served as wild phase.on this basis,SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites that used in sport equipments are prepared by the power metallurgy method,and then,the influences of SiC particle size and volume fraction to composite material’s application performance are discussed.The results show that,when volume fraction is same,the specific strength,tensile strength and hardness of composites decrease steadily with the increase of SiC particle diameter.Selecting the SiC particle that diameter is 5μm,the tensile strength and specific strength of composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of SiC volume fraction,and the volume fraction of 15%is optimal.The hardness increases steadily with the increase of SiC volume fraction.In generally,the performances of the composite that used in sport equipments are optimal when the particle size and volume fraction of SiC are 5μm and 15%respectively.
