摘要
随着体育用材新材料等领域的飞速发展,对材料的性能提出更严格的要求,传统的金属材料已不能满足需要,CNT/Al基复合材料由于其优秀的力学和物理性能以及良好的可加工性成为上述领域关键的新型材料。但制备CNT/Al基复合材料的主要困难是将CNT的分散和CNT的损伤同时控制在理想的范围内,从而更好地发挥CNT高强、高韧的优势。实验制备CNT/2024Al复合材料,并对球磨后粉末的形貌变化进行研究,同时分析了CNT/2024Al复合材料的微观组织。
With the rapid development of new materials for sports,the properties of materials are more strictly required,and the traditional metal materials can no longer meet the needs.CNT/Al matrix composites have become the key new materials in the above fields because of their excellent mechanical and physical properties and good machinability.However,the main difficulty in preparing CNT/Al matrix composites is to control the dispersion of CNT and the damage of CNT within the ideal range,so as to give full play to the advantages of high strength and toughness of CNT.CNT/2024 Al composites were prepared by experiment,and the morphology of the powder after ball milling was.studied,at the same time,the microstructure of CNT/2024 Al composite is analyzed.
