摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料凭借其良好的力学性能已在车辆和航天领域被广泛应用。碳纤维复合材料具有质量小、阻尼性能好、设计自由度高等特点。该文对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)在体育器材方面的应用优势进行了分析,详细阐述了其成型工艺,并介绍了其在撑杆、自行车、网球拍、高尔夫球杆和弓箭等体育器材中的应用,CFRP材料的应用可有效提高运动员的比赛成绩,已成为体育器材中不可或缺的新材料之一,拥有极高的应用价值和广阔的市场空间。
In recent years,carbon fiber and its composite materials have been widely used not only in automotive,aerospace and other industrial fields,but also become one of the first choice materials for sports equipment development.This article analyzes the application advantages of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials(CFRP)in sports equipment,describes its molding process in detail,and introduces its application in sports equipment such as poles,bicycles,tennis rackets,golf clubs,and bows and arrows.Application,of CFBR materials can effectively improve the performance of athletes,has become one of the indispensable new materials in sports equipment,with extremely high application value and broad market space.
