复合型PVC塑胶跑道研究进展及其防滑耐磨高强度改性结构分析

摘要 PVC塑胶跑道具有干净、富弹性、绿色环保、轻薄耐磨等特性,是当前运动场地建设领域应用最为广泛的跑道铺设材料之一。文章针对PVC材料塑胶跑道为运动竞技带来的优势进行综述,从对人体重心、后蹬动作、前摆动作等角度进行具体分析,与当前运动场地建设领域需求结合程度极高;对离聚物、改性纸塑复配料等材料在复合型PVC材料性能优化中的应用进行了分析;对当前塑胶跑道应用领域使用最为广泛的防滑耐磨高强度复合型PVC塑胶跑道结构进行了分析研究。 PVC track has the characteristics of clean,elastic,green and environmental protection,light and wear-resistant.It is one of the most widely used track laying materials in the field of sports field construction.In this paper,the advantages brought by PVC material and plastic track for sports competition are summarized and analyzed from the perspective of human body center of gravity,back push movement and front swing movement,which are highly combined with the requirements of current sports field construction.The application of polymer,modified paper and plastic compound ingredients in the optimization of PVC material performance was analyzed.The structure of anti-skid and wear-resistant high-strength PVC track,which is widely used in the field of plastic track,was studied.
