地佐辛复合丙泊酚全麻对无痛宫腔镜手术患者安全窗宽度的影响

Effect of dezocine combined with propofol general anesthesia on width of security window in patients with painless hysteroscopic operation

目的探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚全麻对无痛宫腔镜手术患者安全窗宽度的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2019年11月于本院行无痛宫腔镜手术患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组给予舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚全麻,观察组给予地佐辛复合丙泊酚全麻。比较两组安全窗宽度及不同时间血流动力学指标。结果与对照组相比,观察组安全窗更宽;血药浓度达稳定及手术结束时,两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)水平均下降,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与舒芬太尼相比,地佐辛复合丙泊酚全麻应用于无痛宫腔镜手术效果更佳,利于扩大患者安全窗宽度,稳定血流动力学。

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine combined with propofol general anesthesia on width of security window in patients with painless hysteroscopic operation. Methods A total of 68 patients with painless hysteroscopic operation in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. Control group was given sufentanil and propofol general anesthesia, and observation group was given dezocine combined with propofol general anesthesia. The width of security window and indexes of hemodynamics at different time were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, the security window of observation group was wider, and at the time of stable blood drug concentration and the end of operation, the levels of mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) in two groups decreased, but observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with sufentanil, dezocine combined with propofol general anesthesia in painless hysteroscopic operation has better effects, it can expand the width of security window and stabilize hemodynamics.
