集束化干预策略在ICU无创机械通气患者中的应用

Application of clustering intervention strategy in ICU patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation

目的探讨集束化干预策略在ICU无创机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月至2019年7月在我院ICU病房接受无创机械通气治疗的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法等分为对照组及观察组。对照组接受常规ICU护理,观察组在此基础上接受集束化干预策略护理。比较两组患者症状改善时间、机械通气时间、留住ICU时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组症状改善时间、机械通气时间及留住ICU时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化干预策略可有效改善ICU无创机械通气患者呼吸衰竭症状,缩短其机械通气时间及留住ICU时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of clustering intervention strategy in ICU patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods To select 60 cases of patients who received non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment in the ICU ward of our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group received routine ICU nursing,and the observation group received clustering intervention strategy nursing on this basis.The time of symptom improvement,time of mechanical ventilation,length of stay in ICU and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom improvement,time of mechanical ventilation and length of stay in ICU in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clustering intervention strategy can effectively improve the symptoms of respiratory failure in ICU patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and length of stay in ICU,and reduce the incidence of complications.
