家庭延伸护理对慢性心力衰竭伴心律失常患者自我效能及自护能力的影响

Effect of extended home care on the self-efficacy and self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia

目的探讨家庭延伸护理对慢性心力衰竭伴心律失常患者自我效能及自护能力的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月就诊于我院的70例慢性心力衰竭伴心律失常患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予家庭延伸护理。比较两组护理3个月后的自我效能(GSES)评分和自护能力(ESCA)评分。结果护理3个月后研究组的GSES量表评分、ESCA量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭延伸护理可改善慢性心力衰竭伴心律失常患者的自我效能,提高自护能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of extended home care on the self-efficacy and self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods To select 70 cases of patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given extended home care on the basis of the control group to compare the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score of the two groups after 3 months of nursing.Results After 3 months of nursing,the scores of GSES and ESCA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended home care can improve the self-efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia,and improve the self-care ability.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
