Objective To explore the application effect of situational behavior recording reflection training combined with visual process management in emergency training for nurses who received normalized training. Methods To select 130 nurses who received normalized training in this hospital from January to November 2019 as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group. The control group adopted visual process management, and the study group adopted situational behavior recording reflection training combined with visual process management. The competency inventory for registered nurse(CIRN),emergency department theory and operational test scores and satisfaction scores of the two groups of nurses were compared. Results After the training, the core competence score, and emergency department theory and operational test scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the training, the self-satisfaction scores of the nurses who received normalized training from the head nurses, the doctors, and themselves in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of situational behavior recording reflection training combined with visual process management can significantly improve the core competence and clinical satisfaction of nurses who received normalized training in emergency department, and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
