手术室专科护理质量敏感指标构建对腹部外科患者预后的影响

Effect of the construction of sensitive indicators of the quality of specialty nursing in operating rooms on the prognosis of patients with abdominal surgery

目的探讨手术室专科护理质量敏感指标构建对腹部外科患者预后的影响。方法2017年1月至2018年12月选取本院收治的腹部外科手术患者300例为研究对象,根据入院时间将其分为对照组150例(2017年1-12月)和观察组150例(2018年1-12月),对照组术中行普外科手术室护理管理,观察组通过建立手术室专科护理质量敏感指标进行护理。比较两组患者术中不良事件及护理服务满意度。结果观察组术中压力性损伤、异物遗漏、患者意外受伤、护士锐器损伤、错误用药不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对手术室环境、护理服务态度、健康教育、基础护理、危急性事件处理等方面满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室专科护理质量敏感指标构建能有效促进腹部外科手术患者术后康复,提高患者对护理服务质量的满意率。

Objective To explore the effect of the construction of sensitive indicators of the quality of specialty nursing in operating rooms on the prognosis of patients with abdominal surgery.Methods To select 300 cases of patients undergoing abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as the study objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into a control group of 150 cases(from January to December in 2017)and an observation group of 150 cases(from January to December in 2018).The control group received nursing management from general surgery operating room,the observation group carried out nursing by establishing sensitive indicators of specialty nursing quality in the operating room.The adverse events and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the incidence rate of adverse events of intraoperative pressure injury,foreign material omissions,accidental injury of patients,sharp instrument injury of nurses,and wrong medication were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s satisfaction rate with respect to the operating room environment,nursing service attitude,health education,basic nursing,and critical event handling was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of sensitive indicators for specialty nursing quality in operating rooms can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing abdominal surgery and improve the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing service quality.
