^99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像联合血清CysC检测在小儿肾积水肾功能检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在小儿肾积水中应用^99m锝-二乙基三胺五乙酸(^99mTc-DTPA)肾动脉显像和膀抑素C(CysC)的价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院收治的进行肾积水诊断的患儿68例,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组实施血清CysC检测,试验组在对照组基础上实施^99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像,对比两组患儿肾动态显像检测结果与肾功能异常检出率。结果试验组肾动态显像检测结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肾功能异常检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清CysC检测较结果较敏感、准确,而^99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像检测更加简便,两者联合应用可有效提高肾积水肾功能异常检出率,提高肾功能的分级检测准确率,为临床及时实施治疗提供重要依据。 Objective To explore the value of^99mTc-diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid(^99mTc-DTPA)renal artery imaging and Cystatin C(Cys C)in children patients with hydronephrosis.Methods We selected 68 cases of children patients with hydronephrosis diagnosed in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group was tested for serum CysC,and the test group was tested for^99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging on the basis of the control group,and the results of renal dynamic imaging and the detection rate of abnormal renal function were compared between the two groups.Results The results of renal dynamic imaging in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal renal function in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum CysC detection result was more sensitive and accurate,while^99mTC-DTPA renal dynamic imaging detection was more convenient.The combined application of the two can effectively increase the detection rate of hydronephrosis and renal function abnormalities and improve the accuracy of renal function classification,it provided an important basis for clinical timely implementation of treatment.
